Connection begins with trust.
This explains how inquiry and account information is handled in the ONRING test service. Rebranding does not change the existing registered information of the operating entity.
Guest inquiry
To receive and respond to inquiries, we collect one reply contact (email or phone), the service, country, required features, individual/business type, product and message. Contacts and messages are encrypted on the server; only support staff or the owner administrator can view details. Consent version, consent time and receipt records are retained.
We also record the screen language and your preferred reply language when you submit an inquiry. We save your inquiry in its original form and do not automatically send it to external translation services.
Retention and deletion
Guest inquiries are retained for 90 days after receipt. Expired inquiries are eligible for deletion through the retention cleanup, which the operator must run. Account and order records follow separate account procedures. Before commercial launch, the policy will be finalized after reviewing the operating entity, statutory retention periods, outsourcing and international transfers.
Your choices and rights
Public information is available without personal information or sign-in. You may refuse consent, but inquiries cannot then be accepted. For access, correction or deletion, submit your receipt number and reply contact through public inquiries or signed-in support. Requests are handled after identity verification.
Security and external services
The server checks account ownership for personal line, order and installation information. Approved provider-hosted screens will be used for identity verification, storing only required result references. Do not submit ID documents or real carrier credentials through the inquiry form. Email notification APIs and actual carrier activation are not connected.
